Bring the transport network’s app up to current standards: mobile ticketing, real-time information, personalised suggestions and customisation.
Context
tl (Transports publics de la région lausannoise) runs public transport in Lausanne and the surrounding region.
Solution
Drawing on the best transport apps available, a distinctly branded app that stays easy to use while offering a wealth of useful features and information.
The home screen greets users by name, flags disruptions on their favourite routes and gives one-tap access to saved places, nearby stops and the network map. Journeys are laid out step by step, with times and connections for each leg.
